The 2010 Aussie Millions is approaching. There are plenty of ways to qualify online for the Aussie Millions. In the upcoming days, we will have a list of the top options to qualify for the Aussie Millions.
Ester Rossi hosted event five of FTOPs, which was the stud 8 or better event. She went deep in her own tournament finishing 12th place – cashing for a bit over a grand and just ahead of Gavin Smith. 67ofspades was the winner of this stud hi/lo event, cashing for $24,079.
Event 5 met its assured prize amount, slightly exceeding the $100,000 they guaranteed slightly. The MiniFTOPs counterpart, which is still going (3 players remain) actually tripled their guaranteed amount.
Presently, Two Stroke has a sizable chip lead with 3.2 million in chips, while Northerngent is just below the 2 million chips mark, and torden possesses 994K chips. Top prize for miniFTOPS is $6063.
German poker player Leopard18 gets a $127,000 plus payday, taking down the cubed (1 rebuy, 1 add-on) FTOPs event 4. The top 135 players were paid in this event accomidating 1246 players.
It was a fishy showing for second and third place, as tuna_fish_tank takes second with an $81K payday, and tuff_fish finishes third, bringing home nearly $59,000.
BrunoStefanelli claimed top prize in MiniFTOPs event 4, cashing for $37,917. DeanoDeano was runner up, cashing for over $23,000.

The $50 buy-in triple shootout is full, with a maximum of 729 players entered and $36,450 in the prize pool. The guarantee on this tournament was $30K. Noteworthy names registered for this tournament are pros Scott Fischman, Gary Jones, Aaron Bartley, Lee Watkinson, and host Greg FBT Mueller.
For the first time in three events, the main FTOPs tournament exceeded its guaranteed prize. No overlay here tonight as there are 605 players currently registered. Noteworthy players in the triple shootout poker tournament tonight are professionals Andy Bloch, Barny Boatman, Berry Johnston, Billy The Croc (note: he’s quite the character. I will post some pics from the Aussie Millions sometime taken of Billy), Christian Kruel, David Pham, Gavin Smith, and Greg FBT Mueller (host). Additionally playing are professionals Mike Matusow, and Scott Fischman – who is multi-tabling – playing in the MiniFTOPs as well.
Other noteworthy poker players or just straight up cool names as I quickly scroll down the list of registered players are tournament monster gboro780, darrenelias (winner of the cubed event in FTOPs XI), HEE HAW 24, MiltonTilt, and MrsESPN (went deep in FTOPs XII event 1).
Taking down the $76,545 first prize was nypitbull24. Also going deep into tournament prize money were horryclutch, finishing second for $51K, WILLY-RUGS earning $36,000 in tournament winnings by finishing in third place. Rounding out the top ten were nickyluvshu, MrSmokey, Bhanks11, kudos1017, tiltstars and PocketPickles55.
Rounder63 took down the triple shootout earning $7654.50, with hwgdf cashing for $5100 in second place. MookieBloaylock1 earned the third place prize of $3645, while udy2005 took down a bit over $2700 in fourth. In fifth place was Mary van King, followed by tarkyy, dabonz the donk, youdo, PokerCzar, with pes4fans finishing out the top ten.
Visit FullTilt Poker to compete for over $18 million dollars in guaranteed tournament prizes. FTOPs Event 2 – the $250,000 guaranteed Pot Limit Omaha Knockout tournament is well underway. This bounty tournament awards $40 per player you eliminate. These knockout tournaments at FullTilt are nice, in that only a portion of the buy-in goes to the bounty side of the equation. This differs greatly from the more traditional bounty tournaments seen at Cake Poker or Carbon Poker. Same idea – get paid to bust a player out… There is a $6000 overlay in this tournament today.

$55,000 in first place prize money goes to masp797 in this second FTOPs XII event. Finishing in second place was TheWhtWhale – earning $35,000. AJKHoosier1 earns third place money – scoring a bit over $25,000. sirscoopalot finished fourth, with FingerWeg, Laleh4ever87, On Tilt 1012 finished seventh. Rounding out the top ten was Akaperion, and hard_mule with SallyOmalley50 finishing tenth.
FTOPs XII Event 3, the $500,000 guaranteed triple shootout, hosted by Greg Mueller starts at 9pm.
